ClearRoute RV Safety, Assumption of Risk, and Release Agreement

Read this agreement carefully. ClearRoute RV is a guidance tool, not a guarantee that a route is safe or suitable for your vehicle.

1. Guidance has limits

ClearRoute RV is a planning and guidance tool. Maps, routes, clearances, restrictions, closures, traffic, speed limits, and other data may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable. The app does not replace posted signs, road conditions, official directions, vehicle manuals, or the driver’s judgment.

2. The driver remains responsible

You are solely responsible for the safe and lawful operation of your vehicle, verifying that every road and structure is suitable for your vehicle and load, maintaining adequate clearance, and stopping or choosing another route whenever conditions are uncertain.

3. Assumption of risk and release

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you assume the risks of using or relying on ClearRoute RV and agree not to hold ClearRoute RV, Cold Harbor Labs, or their owners, creators, contributors, employees, or agents liable for loss, damage, injury, delay, or expense arising from map, route, data, or guidance errors or omissions.

4. Electronic acceptance

By separately accepting both acknowledgments in the sign-in flow, you confirm that you have read and agree to this version of the agreement.
